The best part of this 1950's cottage was the stone veneer front. The new owner requested a complete renovation, taking everything but the stone front down to the foundation and rebuilding it in an Arts & Crafts style with an open floor plan. Jim Henderson designed a Great Room with living, dining and kitchen areas which have dual-pane, energy efficient windows. The ceiling height is now 11'6" and features clerestory windows designed to pivot open like a flat garage door, providing a glass awning and increasing air circulation.
